International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] to have your country added to our list and to receive a shipping quote.
What are my payment choices?
	We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal, Check by Mail, or Money Order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
How much is international shipping?
	In most cases shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. For international shipping we offer USPS Priority Mail International and in some cases USPS First Class Mail International. In some cases we may need to manually calculate shipping. If shipping costs are not automatically calculated on your order, please e-mail Customer Service at [email protected], before submitting your order, to receive a shipping quote. Include your shipping address and the products you are interested in ordering.
What is the international return policy?
	Unfortunately it is usually cost-preventative to initiate a return on international orders. This is why it is important to check and recheck your order to ensure that it is accurate and acceptable. If you are intent on proceeding with a return, here is our International Return Policy: To open a Return Request on an order, send an email to [email protected] with your Order # in the Subject line. Provide us with information on the reason for the return and if you would prefer an exchange or refund. Customers will be required to pay shipping to return the item(s). Exchange We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. We will charge a restocking fee, which will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s). Refund In the case of a refund, you will receive the amount you were charged for the products ordered. We do not refund shipping paid for the original order.
