How do I create an account?
  1) Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is shipping to my location?
  In most cases shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

For domestic orders we offer UPS Ground.
For mililtary addresses we offer USPS Priority Mail.
For all international orders we offer USPS Priority Mail International.
For qualifying international orders under 4lbs (1.8kg) we offer USPS First Class Mail International.

In some cases (such as some international orders) we may need to manually calculate shipping. If shipping costs are not automatically calculated on your order, please e-mail Customer Service at [email protected], before submitting your order, to receive a shipping quote. Include your shipping address and the products you are interested in ordering.
I forgot my password.
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return all or part of my order?
  To open a Return Request on an order, send an email to [email protected] with your Order # in the Subject line. Provide us with information on the reason for the return and if you would prefer an exchange or refund. Depending on the reason for a return, we may provide a return shipping label for at our own expense (contiguous United States only). In all other cases customers will be required to pay shipping to return the item(s).

Once you have confirmation that we will accept your return, mail your item(s) to:

Exchange
We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. In some cases we may charge a restocking fee -- this decision is made at our discretion. Restocking fees cover the cost of shipping the new item.

Refund
In the case of a refund, you will receive the amount you were charged for the products ordered. We do not refund shipping paid for the original order.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Items usually ship within 3 - 5 business days. Depending on the volume of orders received, shipment may be delayed.

If you require delivery within a certain timeframe, please email us with your inquiry at [email protected] before placing your order. Customer Service usually responds within 12 - 24 hours.

After placing your order, you may click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 - 48 hours of shipment.
